Sell without a sales team.
SaaS Sales Drive gives every partner a dedicated sales team, managed advertising and fully handled billing, so you can focus on your market instead of building an entire commercial operation from scratch.
You don't need to build a sales team to build a SaaS business. We bring one to you.
Most partners licensing a SaaS product are consultants, agencies and operators — not sales-led organisations. There is no sales floor to inherit, no time to build one, and no in-house marketer to run acquisition. That is the real reason a good territory stays undeveloped.
A commercial operation, delivered as a service.
Five parts, each replacing something you would otherwise have to hire, buy or build.
You get dedicated sales people
Up to two in-house sales representatives work your territory: prospecting, qualifying and closing deals on your behalf. No hiring, no ramp-up, no management overhead.
You get managed digital acquisition
Paid search, social and retargeting campaigns are run and optimised for your market, so a steady stream of qualified leads arrives without you learning ad platforms.
You get a ready-made pipeline
An online pipeline tracks every lead from first contact to signed subscription, so you always see exactly what is moving in your market.
You get billing fully handled
Subscribers pay through SaaS Drive's payment infrastructure. No payment gateway to set up, no invoicing system to run, no compliance overhead to carry.
You get predictable payouts
Revenue is settled with you every four months with a clear statement of what was collected, what the Sales Drive share was and what is owed to you.

Your brand on the front. A licence defined by territory.
Depending on the licensing package, the partner may commercialize the SaaS solution as its own product — brand name, logo, domain, visual identity, positioning, pricing and marketing material. The underlying technology, infrastructure, maintenance and platform operation remain managed by SaaS Drive unless otherwise agreed.
- A city
- A region
- A country
- Several countries
- MENA region
- European Union
- Middle East
- GCC
- Other mutually agreed territories
From the end customer's perspective, the software can therefore operate as the partner's own SaaS product, sold inside an agreed geographical territory.

Exclusivity, granted conditionally
For selected products and markets, an exclusive licence may give the partner the exclusive commercial right to distribute or operate a specific SaaS product within an agreed territory.
- Minimum licence fees
- Minimum sales volumes
- Minimum annual recurring revenue
- Minimum customer acquisition targets
- Marketing commitments
- Territory development obligations
If the agreed performance requirements are not achieved, SaaS Drive may reserve the right to convert the licence from exclusive to non-exclusive. Exclusivity is normally conditional rather than unconditional — this protects both parties.
What the agreement should specify
Clear provisions avoid future disputes regarding customer ownership and attribution.
- Geographic boundaries
- Industries covered
- Customer categories covered
- Whether the licence is exclusive
- Whether SaaS Drive may serve existing customers
- Treatment of international customers
- Treatment of online inbound leads
- Treatment of multinational clients
- Sales attribution rules
White labelling does not transfer ownership of the underlying SaaS technology. Source code, architecture, databases, APIs, algorithms, AI systems, infrastructure, designs and documentation remain the property of SaaS Drive or its relevant technology owner; the partner receives a commercial right of use.
50% up to 100 accounts, then 40%, 20% and a custom rate as you scale.
SaaS Sales Drive is paid from the revenue it generates. The rate is fixed at 50% while your territory is small, then drops to 40%, 20% and a custom negotiated rate as your account base grows.

More than 1,000 accounts
Agreed directly with SaaS Drive
Volume levels are counted in active paying accounts in the territory: up to 100, 101+, 501+, 1,000+ and above 1,000 accounts. Rates above the first level are agreed directly with SaaS Drive and confirmed in the applicable Order Form. Partners who run sales themselves under a standard licence pay licence and infrastructure fees only, with no commission on subscription revenue.
A revenue share that scales down as you scale up.
We are paid on results
The Sales Drive share is 50% of subscription revenue while your territory is below 100 accounts. We only earn when subscriptions are sold, and the rate drops as your account base grows.
The rate scales with your volume
From 101 accounts the commission rate drops by volume level: 40% from 101 to 500 accounts, 20% from 501 to 1,000 accounts, and a custom rate above 1,000 accounts.
Transparent settlement
Every four-month settlement comes with a statement showing what was collected in your market and what is owed to you.
Scope, fees, staffing and settlement terms for Sales Infrastructure are confirmed in the applicable Order Form. Customer accounts remain centrally managed under the Master Agreement.
